Little did Leonora and Krikor know that when they met in school at the age of 3 that they would get married years later! They lost touch after high school, but ten years later when they met again their love story just unfolded into a romantic wedding.

Instead of having a wedding organizer and planner, the couple decided to plan their wedding together on their own. They decided on the theme together, and made sure to follow their budget and their classy style. Planning the wedding brought the happy couple closer together in unexpected ways. “We learned that we choose the same things. We learned that we have the same taste in everything,” says the couple.

The wedding ceremony was held in Sarba at the St. Haroutioun Church on April 1, 2016. Adib Palace was the backdrop for their gorgeous reception, as the 210 guests dined on Adib Palace catering and danced to Freedom Armenian Dance Group. The bride’s hair and makeup was styled by Hagop Kederian, as the photographer Albert H. captured the couple’s precious moments.

After all is said and done, the couple says the most memorable moment on their wedding day was their first dance as husband and wife to Shania Twain’s “From This Moment.” The couple are completely happy with the results of their planning and encourage other couples to do the same!

The key, they said, is to “enjoy the process of planning instead of stressing out!”

As for the bride’s Noiva’s experience, she says,“You guys are absolutely professional and I keep telling people that!” Future brides should choose Noiva’s because, as the bride explains, “You are professional and you have a huge showroom. Plus, your employees are welcoming and professional, too!”
